JustKeep ("we", "our", "the app") is developed by ADCX Lab. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We collect only what's necessary to provide the service:
- A unique device identifier (auto-generated, not linked to personal identity)
- Receipts, vault items, and notes you create (text, images, amounts, dates)
- Subscription status (managed by Apple/Google)
Your data is used solely to provide app functionality — storing, organizing, and exporting your receipts, vault items, and notes. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.
Data is stored securely on AWS servers in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). Images are stored in Amazon S3 with encryption at rest. Metadata is stored in Amazon DynamoDB.
- Google AdMob (free users only): may collect device identifiers for ad personalization
- Apple/Google for subscription billing
- Apple/Google Sign-In (optional, for account linking)
You can delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all receipts, vault items, notes, and images from our servers.
JustKeep is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with updated date.
